Registered Massage Therapist - View Details
We are looking for a full-time, dedicated and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our Float team! The ideal candidate for this position would have a minimum of 2 years of experience and their 2200 hr Massage Therapist Certification. They should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong work ethic and a passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals. Therapists should be comfortable independently as well as working with other team members as we are a small dynamic team dedicated to providing a tranquil escape by using a multi-faceted approach of float therapy, infrared sauna and therapeutic massage.
Role: Full-Time, Permanent
- Meet and consult with clients to determine the type of massage they need.
- Locate painful or tense body areas and muscles and provide appropriate treatments.
- Make sure clients feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the session.
- Prepare massage oils and lotions, linens, towels, and pillows before the session.
- Maintain a safe, clean, sanitized, and enjoyable environment.
- Take into account clients’ medical history and note issues or conditions.
- Recommend stretching, strengthening, and relaxation methods.
- Two years experience or 2200 hr Massage Therapist Certification.
- Are a registered massage therapist in Alberta.
- Must live or be able to commute to Canmore reliably.
- Are a Canadian citizen or have a valid working Visa.
- English speaking. Other languages are a bonus.

We are looking for a new face to join our front desk team!
You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming all guests to our chill wellness space, and making sure they have the ultimate relaxing and rejuvenating time while receiving their treatments.
- Opening and closing of our facilities.
- Answering phone and email, accurately processing bookings and making reservations; reconciling sales, completing cash-outs and direct billing.
- Assisting with inventory needs, as well as laundry including folding and stocking.
- Maintaining order and cleanliness of all areas of our treatment facility to the highest standards, continual cleaning and disinfection of equipment required throughout the shift.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or retail experience.
- Customer service oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Able to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Cash handling skills.
- CPR and 1st Aid training an asset.
