passionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team and make a meaningful impact on our clients’ health journeys.

Job Summary
We are looking for the “best” massage therapist—someone who is not only technically skilled in various modalities but is also deeply empathetic, professional, and dedicated
to continuous learning. As a key member of our team, you will provide personalized therapeutic massage services, tailoring every session to individual client needs, ranging from deep tissue to therapeutic relaxation.

Key Responsibilities
● Expert Assessment & Treatment: Conduct thorough client assessments, review health histories, and develop customized treatment plans to address specific pain points, injuries, and wellness goals.
● Advanced Modalities: Perform a wide range of techniques, including but not limited to: Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Prenatal, and Swedish Massage.
● Client Care & Communication: Actively listen to client feedback during sessions to adjust pressure and techniques for the best possible experience.
● Documentation & Hygiene: Maintain accurate, confidential, and detailed SOAP notes after each session. Ensure a clean, safe, and impeccably maintained treatment room, following all sanitation protocols
● Education & Support: Educate clients on post-treatment self-care, including stretching, strengthening exercises, and postural improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills
● Licensure: Active and in-good-standing Registered Massage Therapist license (or relevant state/provincial certification). Similar certifications in other jurisdictions will be considered even if not active in Alberta.
● Experience: Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in a professional clinical or spa environment.
● Technical Skill: Solid knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and soft tissue manipulation.
● Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, genuine empathy, and a passion for helping others.
● Professionalism: High degree of integrity, maintaining client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
● Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, move, and provide consistent, high-quality pressure throughout a full shift.
● Continuous Learning: A dedication to ongoing professional development and staying updated with the latest industry techniques.

Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptionally motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate Spa Attendant to join our premier team. You are the heartbeat of our facility, ensuring that every guest experiences unparalleled tranquility, comfort, and cleanliness.
The “best” spa attendant doesn’t just clean; they anticipate guest needs, maintain a serene atmosphere, and contribute to a 5-star experience from the moment a guest arrives until they depart.

Key Responsibilities
● Immaculate Facility Maintenance: Proactively maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of all spa areas, including lounges, locker rooms, showers, saunas, steam rooms, and treatment corridors.
● Guest Amenities Management: Ensure rooms are consistently stocked with fresh linens, robes, slippers, and amenities. Turn over rooms quickly, ensuring they are perfectly prepared for the next guest.
● Anticipatory Service: Greet guests warmly, offer beverages (water, tea), and provide facility orientations. Anticipate needs, such as offering a cold towel after a sauna or a fresh robe.
● Treatment Room Support: Assist therapists by turning over treatment rooms quickly—cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking supplies between services.
● Atmosphere Monitoring: Monitor and adjust ambiance factors such as lighting, music volume, scent, and temperature to maintain a relaxing, high-end environment.
● Inventory & Laundry: Monitor linen inventory, manage soiled linen, and restock amenities.
● Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all sanitation and safety protocols, handling cleaning chemicals properly.

Required Qualifications & Skills
● Experience: Previous experience in a luxury hotel, high-end spa, or premium hospitality setting preferred.
● Customer Focus: A passion for customer service, with a friendly, professional, and discreet demeanor.
● Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to cleaning and organization—you notice the little things that make a big difference.
● Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
● Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (7-8 hours) and lift up to 50 pounds.
● Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.

Preferred Attributes
● Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services.
● Experience with spa management software (e.g., Mindbody, Zenoti).
● CPR/First Aid Certification.
